MRI Technologist (PRN)

This role involves performing diagnostic MRI procedures with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging. Responsibilities Set up equipment Position patients Obtain clinical histories Administer contrast agents Ensure image quality for clinical assessment Respond effectively to emergency situations Follow sterile techniques Maintain equipment in optimal condition Clear communication with patients, physicians, and staff to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure cooperation Position Requirements The position requires independent judgment, excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Certificate in radiologic technology ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification BLS certification Experience Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in MRI, is required.
