Your Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups for sales appointments
• Respond promptly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using approved scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product details and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
• Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs
• Proactively follow up with leads including those not ready to commit or who miss appointments
• Collaborate in team and process improvement sessions to maintain positive relationships with teammates sales teams and management
• Utilize the dealerships CRM system daily for lead tracking and updates
