Executive Assistant

Job Duties

The Arrowhead Regional Development Commission (ARDC), located in Duluth, MN, seeks a full-time Executive Assistant. Under general supervision, the Executive Assistant is responsible for high-level administrative support for the Metropolitan Interstate Council (MIC) Division. Responsibilities include administrative support for the MIC Director and division team members with meeting organization, customer service, file management, document development, research, and occasional project management, general accounting functions including invoices and accounts payable. The position also provides support for Division communications, including web site updating, social media management, press releases, other messaging and media considerations, purchasing of supplies, and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of job-related experience, OR

• Associate’s degree with four years of experience, OR

• High School diploma/GED and six years of job-related experience.

Other: Valid driver’s license required.

Salary: $24.00-$28.00/hour (based on experience)

Hours: 40 hours/week, M-F, position.

Location: Duluth, MN. This position could be a hybrid model, partial work in the Duluth office (at least three days/week) and partial work from home, based on demonstrated successful performance.
