Part-time Administrative Support - Molecular and Precision Medicine

Job Description and Position Requirements The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Molecular and Precision Medicine, is seeking an individual for temporary part‑time (24 hours a week) administrative support. Primary duties include entering reports for goods and services purchase card transactions, web requisition requests and contract intakes, and processing invoice payments. The position will assist the Office Team by answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information and referring as appropriate, distributing mail to department labs, acting on routine requests, creating travel itineraries and reconciling travel expenses. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail are a must. Preference will be given to qualified applicants with experience with Sap Concur, SIMBA, and Infor Systems.
