Position Summary

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice and face of DILLE PROPERTIES. You will handle incoming inquiries, resolve tenant concerns, coordinate maintenance requests, and support our property management team in delivering a seamless experience for everyone who interacts with our company. Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant & Resident Relations Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
• Leasing Support Assist prospective tenants with property showings, application processing, lease documentation, and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Vendor Coordination Liaise with contractors, maintenance crews, and service providers to ensure timely property upkeep and repairs.
• Administrative Support Maintain accurate tenant records, process rent payments, track delinquent accounts, and assist with general office administration.
• Customer Experience Ensure every interaction whether by phone, email, or in person leaves a positive and lasting impression.
• Communication Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and online inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
