Northcrest Nursing and Rehab located in Napolean, Ohio , is a Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are currently seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our amazing Day Shift team!
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus – 12 Hour Shifts – Day Shift

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Ohio.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
