Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and client-focused Financial Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to evaluate their financial situation, identify their long-term goals, and implement tailored financial plans. You will serve as a trusted guide in debt management, retirement planning, insurance strategies, and wealth accumulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Conduct initial financial assessments and needs analyses for individuals and small business owners.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and present comprehensive financial plans, including wealth accumulation, retirement strategies, income protection, and estate planning concepts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, policy reviews, and financial plan updates.
• Education & Guidance: Educate clients on financial literacy, budgeting, debt reduction, and investment concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
• Business Development: Prospect and network to generate new client relationships through referrals, community involvement, and professional events.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in personal finance, financial planning, or wealth management.
• Relevant state financial licenses (e.g., Life & Health Insurance license) or a willingness to obtain them during onboarding.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
