Production Specialist

Production Specialist (Korean Bilingual Required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global EV battery manufacturing company that\nmanufactures HVAC and they're looking for a Production Specialist.\n\n \nRequirements:\n \n * Bachelor's degree required: Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology OR\n Finance, or Accounting (Preferred).\n * 3+ years of experience in electrode manufacturing, process engineering, or\n similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred. Within the battery\n industry is a plus.\n * Basic IT related problem-solving skills.\n * Proficiency in process optimization and data-driven decision making.\n * Excellent problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to\n work collaboratively in a tea environment.\n * Effective communication skills to convey technical information and\n collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.\n\n \n \nPhysical Requirements:\n \n * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be\n met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this\n job.\n\n \n * Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions\n consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.\n * Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA,\n FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.\n * May occasionally left and/or move up to up to 50 pounds.\n * Must be able to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk or hear.
