NOW HIRING: Forklift Operator – 1st Shift | $18/hour + Weekly Attendance Bonus

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Custom Filters Direct is growing and looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 1st Shift team in Bloomsburg, PA.

This position is ideal for someone with previous forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in keeping materials moving efficiently between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.

• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• 90-Day Pay Increase: $19.00/hour following a successful performance and attendance evaluation
• $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus for completing the full scheduled 40-hour workweek with no absences, tardiness, or missed time
• Weekly Pay
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and incoming/outgoing materials
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies to designated locations
• Stage materials for production, warehouse, and shipping needs
• Maintain safe and organized material storage areas
• Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections
• Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly
• Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate material placement
• Support general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
• Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and other team members to keep operations running efficiently

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift required*
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely load, unload, stack, stage, and transport materials
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Forklift certification preferred; qualified candidates must be willing to complete company-required training/certification

Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of a physically active warehouse position, including:

• Frequently getting on and off forklift equipment throughout the shift
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout warehouse and production areas
• Handling and moving materials as required
• Working around active manufacturing and warehouse equipment
• Performing duties safely for the duration of the scheduled shift
