What You'll Do

• Guide the Housekeeping and Laundry teams with a supportive, hands-on approach that keeps daily operations flowing smoothly
• Encourage consistent cleanliness and safety practices, helping the team maintain guest spaces and employee areas without rigid oversight
• Support the upkeep of guestrooms and public spaces, ensuring they feel inviting and well cared for
• Handle leadership responsibilities - such as scheduling, payroll, and financial tasks - in a way that supports team needs and adapts to the rhythm of the day
