We are a well-established Preschool and K–8 educational center, proudly serving our community for over 24 years. We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our school. This role is the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors and plays a vital role in supporting daily school operations, enrollment, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Support enrollment, tours, and family communications
- Maintain student records and front office documentation
- Assist with basic marketing efforts (social media, events, outreach, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with administration and teaching staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure compliance with school and DCF procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior front desk or administrative experience ( school setting preferred )
- 45 DCF hours and/or CDA preferred
- Willingness to obtain Director’s Credential (if not already held)
- Marketing or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor and a genuine love for working with children and families
- Established school with 24 years of service and stability
