Key Responsibilities
- Management of Daily Operations: Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support front-of-house and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily revenue and manage cost of goods to optimize profitability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
