Part-Time Scheduling & Records Assistant

Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented Part-Time Scheduling & Records Assistant for an opportunity in Bradenton, FL . This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable working with computer systems, and experienced with administrative records and document management.

Location: Bradenton, FL

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: 20 hours per week, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (9-month position)

What You'll Do

• Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records and documents.
• Link scanned documents to the appropriate records and review them for accuracy and clarity.
• Research missing documentation and ensure files are complete and properly organized.
• Assist with classroom, facility, and room scheduling.
• Maintain scheduling, facilities, and records information.
• Review and process requests for room and facility use.
• Follow established quality-control procedures for document imaging and records.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and other sensitive records.
• Assist staff with records and imaging processes.
• Help identify and report system or scanning issues.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
• Work with staff across departments to support scheduling and records needs.

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma and two or more years of related experience or training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Experience with scanning, electronic records, databases, spreadsheets, word processing, email, and general office software.
• Ability to organize and review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle records professionally.
• Dependable attendance and a service-focused, collaborative approach.
