Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Alpharetta, GA .

This is an on-site position based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Candidates should currently reside in Georgia and be able to work on-site at our office.

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and closing deals. You will also work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales data.

Please note: Interviews for this position will be conducted in person. Virtual interview options are not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, demonstrating the ability to address varying client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• High-level of self-motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience using CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
