\nThis is a 60% clinical / 40% academic Core Faculty role within an established residency program, offering stability, support, and a predictable weekday schedule. \n

\nClinical & Academic Responsibilities \n
\nClinical (60%) \n
\n
\nProvide comprehensive primary care within a family medicine model \n
\nDeliver preventative, chronic, and acute care \n
\nCollaborate with NPs, PAs, and midwives \n
\nParticipate in call rotation (shared, structured model) \n
\nAcademic / Core Faculty (40%) \n
\n
\nTeach and mentor Family Medicine residents \n
\nLead clinical teaching sessions and precept in continuity clinic \n
\nSupport resident competency development \n
\nParticipate in curriculum development and program committees \n
\nFoster a culture of professionalism, compassion, and lifelong learning \n
\nYou’ll play a direct role in preparing residents to become confident, practice-ready physicians. \n
