Machine Shop SupervisorVan-Am Tool & Engineering is seeking an experienced Machine Shop/Tool Room Supervisor to oversee daily machine shop operations in our AS9100-certified manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee development while ensuring precision machined components consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
