Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Banner Peak Health in Walnut Creek, CA. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, administering vaccinations, in‑clinic phlebotomy, collaborating with the providers, and providing the highest quality healthcare in the East Bay. Qualifications Experience in direct patient care, administering vaccinations, EKG, in‑clinic phlebotomy, assisting providers on minor procedures and examinations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Active LPN/LVN license in the state of California Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience in a similar healthcare setting is required Associate's degree or 4 year undergraduate Phlebotomy license required or willing to obtain #J-18808-Ljbffr Banner Peak Health
