- # Description**Responsibilities Include:*** Compiles and analyzes financial information to identify trends, drive changes and assess performance and continuously works to improve and refine metrics as needed for DM, SN and DMF* Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations* Develops strategies to communicate complex financial information to others using PowerPoint charts, graphs, and infographics and prepares these presentations as requested; explains complex financial information to non-financial personnel* Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately* Prepare financial reports for senior management as requested**About Distribution Management** Headquartered in the Missouri Research Park in St. Charles, MO, Distribution Management is a national technology, fulfillment and distribution provider specializing in automated order handling, managed supply services, wholesale services, and ecommerce fulfillment. To learn more, visit## Qualifications**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field* 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related area* Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the role* Strong organizational and prioritization skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and dynamic computer skills* Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience while balancing business needs* Familiarity with work measurement techniques and applying them in cost modeling* Strong quantitative modeling and analytical problem-solving skills* Ability to think creatively and make decisions with imperfect information* Effective presentation skills, with the ability to communicate proposals to internal and external stakeholders
