Openness to other Northern Arizona Healthcare facilities, units, or shifts. RTO must be disclosed and approved at time of submission. Up to 5 non-holiday RTO days may be auto-approved for ICU, MS/Tele, and PCU specialties. Additional RTO requires facility approval.
