Salesforce Business Operations Lead

The Salesforce Business Operations Lead will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce platform software. They will oversee and manage consistency business use of Salesforce.com (SFDC), develop and maintain the operational support structure, handle SFDC business administrative tasks, and coordinate consistent processes between other business teams using Salesforce. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual/ Adhoc business processes related to CRM including uploading data into the system (via data loader)
• Develop and maintain business SFDC standard operating procedures
• Maintain production data integrity
• Managing licensing including partner portal licenses Dealer access and Salesforce licenses
• Create, manage, maintain consistent Salesforce reporting and views
• Manage Glenda Access and requests to decommission SF licenses from Azure
• Create, consolidate, manage Salesforce training and associated training resource
• Manage and maintain Salesforce records and data
• Run and oversee data audits and compliance
• Manage legal approval related to CRM
• Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports/presentations by pulling data from Salesforce
• Assist in planning and facilitating new employee onboarding activities and departing employee off-boarding activities
• Support the portfolio of work for delivering Salesforce CRM capabilities
• Support gathering business requirements with technical teams leveraging agile development best practices; attend sprint retrospectives to ensure programs are completed with high standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement team to develop and drive adoption plans for new capabilities, releases, and processes.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ Years Salesforce Experience
• 3+ Years Product Management Experience

• Experience working with technical & functional resources and following an Agile based delivery methodology
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization
• Ability to guide team on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
• Salesforce Certification a plus

Required Skills / Experience / Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, marketing, or technical field required
• Embrace data driven & customer insights to inform plans, launches, and iterations
• Strong organizational skills with proven track record of efficiently executing complex projects to completion at a high level of quality
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills required to effectively collaborate, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations
• Desire to work in a complex and evolving environment and to bring an innovation mindset. Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up technology environment is essential.
• Highly proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, including familiarity with MS Project, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
