Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of OR/Surgical Technologist experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience with Meditech or comparable EMR preferred.
• Experience working in a non-trauma designated community hospital or similar facility preferred.
• Ability to support a high-volume OR environment (facility runs multiple ORs with averages of 35–40 cases per day) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialty experience in Orthopedics, Vascular, Robotics, or Plastics preferred.
• Experience with General, GYN, Bariatric, and Pediatric cases preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities that provide OR scrubs and free parking preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0900–2130.
• Shift Days: Days.
• Facility operates approximately 14 operating rooms with a mix of outpatient and inpatient cases.
