Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor

To support individuals in crisis, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide compassionate telephonic support, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services while working remotely from Florida. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Florida residency required for remote work Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts post-training
