Registered Nurse – Vascular / Endovascular

Title: Registered Nurse – Vascular / Endovascular

Schedule: Weekends: Every other weekend - Call: Overnight call after shift ~ 2×/week; Regular day call ~ 1×/month; Approximately 2 weekend call shifts during assignment

Requirements: Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience - Required experience with endovascular/vascular procedures (EVAR emphasized) - Required certifications: BLS and ACLS - Required licensure: GA RN or Compact RN - Experience with CSI and Penumbra devices preferred - Familiarity with clinical skills related to endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR), thoracic EVAR (TEVAR), carotid and peripheral vascular interventions preferred

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide patient care in an acute care setting within the vascular/endovascular service line. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans. Assist in performing endovascular procedures and monitor patients pre- and post-operatively. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure strict compliance with facility policies and protocols. Educate patients and families about procedures and provide continuous support. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.

Compliance / Notes: Orientation: 40 hours standard; number of non-billable orientation hours varies by contract length. RTO (Request Time Off): Maximum 7 days per contract; blackout period April 4–12. Traveler expected to work major holidays during assignment.
