Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and tracking assignments, assisting clients with inquiries, and participating in special projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Review dashboard for outstanding assignments and update status.
• Contact contractors to obtain file status and ensure timely completion.
• Document file assignments and progress using management tools.
• Complete customer service satisfaction surveys.
• Assist external clients with inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
• Highly proficient in advanced computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferences

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Good time management abilities and strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
