- Review dashboard for outstanding assignments and update status.
- Contact contractors to obtain file status and ensure timely completion.
- Document file assignments and progress using management tools.
- Complete customer service satisfaction surveys.
- Assist external clients with inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
- Highly proficient in advanced computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Good time management abilities and strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
