Director of Nursing

DESCRIPTION

Join the Leadership Team at Golden Age of Welsh.

You'll work alongside a supportive Administrator, experienced ADON/RN, and dedicated department heads who value teamwork, quality care, and resident-centered service.

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee the nursing department

Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance

Support, train, and mentor nursing staff

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on resident care plans

Promote a culture of dignity, compassion, and respect

What We're Looking For:

Current Louisiana RN license

Long-term care leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar)

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Passion for senior care and team leadership
