Nurse Manager, Women’s Health: L&D, Postpartum & NICU

MedStar Health Corporate Office

MedStar Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, and NICU Units in Baltimore. This role involves supervising multiple units primarily during evenings and nights, with a total of 40 hours of work per week. You will be responsible for overseeing the charge nurses, performance appraisals, and coaching while supporting the health and wellness of both employees and patients. The position requires at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, alongside the necessary RN licensure in Maryland.
