Position Overview Practice Community Psychiatry, Saratoga Hospital - Award-Winning Saratoga Springs, New York Saratoga Hospital Medical Group – Behavioral Health seeks a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health team at Saratoga Community Health Center in an outpatient role. SCHC is a fully integrated center providing primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine and dentistry. Work with a collegial multidisciplinary team, including a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine physicians, an addiction medicine specialist, advanced practice providers, dentists and support staff. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric care at Saratoga Community Health Center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, dentists and support staff. Provide coverage of the Saratoga Hospital inpatient mental health unit. All physicians take inpatient call for a 16‑bed inpatient adult mental health unit; call is paid and approximately 1:10, taken evenings by phone with rounding on weekends. Qualifications Board‑eligible or Board‑certified Psychiatrist (BE/BC). Strong interest in outpatient behavioral health and inpatient mental health care.
