Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license for School Psychologists
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment techniques and interpretation
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to support students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for referred students
• Interpret assessment data and provide actionable recommendations for interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and monitor IEPs and intervention plans
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expert insights to support students’ well-being
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
