Scientific Engagement Manager

Leading the development and execution of scientific engagement strategies, the full-time Scientific Engagement Manager will enhance awareness and clinical utilization of molecular profiling products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute tumor-specific scientific engagement strategies to promote Caris products Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure alignment of scientific messaging and initiatives Oversee the creation and maintenance of educational resources that translate complex scientific data into actionable insights Required qualifications Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) in molecular biology, genetics, oncology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or the life sciences industry Proven ability to develop scientific content and effectively communicate complex concepts Experience working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs or MSL teams Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
