District Sales Manager

Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a District Sales Manager to join our growing team! This position includes the responsibility of managing district sales representatives in the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO and surrounding area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage sales representatives in the designated territory. Interview and participate in hiring decisions within the specified region. Assist in new account development. Provide direction to sales representatives and set goals for performance. Handle complaints regarding sales staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred that candidates live in District Area.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience.
• Previous sales management recommended.
• Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a certificate of insurance as

proof of adequate insurance coverage, which meets Kohl Wholesale’s current standards. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for computer applications and software needed.

SALARY: $67,600-$81,640 PER YEAR
