Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for our manufacturing client to start immediately up to $90K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is central to maintaining efficient material flow and supporting production through effective shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. You will lead daily logistics operations at our client's manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in driving operational performance, ensuring on-time delivery, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, packing, tagging, and export activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics; maintain visual management tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inbound inventory processes, including timely put-away, cycle count coordination, discrepancy resolution, and internal material transfers.
• Coordinate material movement to production areas to ensure alignment with manufacturing priorities and schedules.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing operational issues and ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of shipping and packaging supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
• Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including adherence to safety protocols and 5S standards

Location: Alsip, IL

Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift

• Overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• At least 3 years of experience using SAP for shipping and warehouse management.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Customer focus with a commitment to service and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
• Minimal travel required (less than 5%)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with team assistance.
