Director, Agentic Leadership Growth & Succession

Responsibilities Define and evolve the enterprise strategy for leadership readiness and succession acceleration, translating talent review, workforce planning, and business strategy insights into targeted leadership growth investments across director to executive populations. Own and scale the enterprise leadership acceleration portfolio, including rotational programs, strategic stretch assignments, and mobility mechanisms that connect high‑potential and successor talent to experiences that increase scope, complexity, and enterprise exposure. Leverage talent intelligence, succession analytics, and AI‑enabled tools to identify future leadership opportunities and risks, improve internal mobility, and scale personalized in‑flow development experiences aligned to succession priorities. Define and own success metrics tied to leadership readiness, succession health, retention, and bench strength—partnering with Workforce Planning and Talent teams to anticipate future capability requirements and inform executive talent decisions. Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading leadership development, succession strategy, talent acceleration, or executive development in large global organizations, with proven success translating talent intelligence into measurable business outcomes. Deep experience designing enterprise talent systems that accelerate leadership readiness, mobility, and retention across director, senior director, vice president, and executive populations. Experience integrating AI‑enabled coaching, talent intelligence, or career growth technologies into leadership ecosystems, with strong understanding of succession planning, workforce strategy, and leadership pipeline management. Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead cross‑functional talent transformation initiatives, with strong systems‑thinking and strategic planning capabilities. Preferred Experience Experience working within a large technology company navigating organizational transformation or workforce redesign. Familiarity with AI‑enabled talent platforms, coaching tools, or career marketplace technologies. Curiosity about the future of work, workforce transformation, and the evolving role of AI in leadership development. Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C‑suite or senior leadership audiences. Location and Schedule This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week. Remote work is possible within U.S. locations. Compensation and Benefits Compensation includes a base salary range of $164,000 – $261,500 annually, depending on location, experience, and market. Benefits include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
