Physical Therapist Outpatient $25,000 Bonus

This position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices. The Physical Therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and their caregivers. Scope of Practice Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition. Develops treatment plans describing strategy, purpose, and anticipated outcomes, often including exercise regimens for clinic and home to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance. May use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Determines patient ability to be independent and reintegrate into workplace or community after injury or illness. Schedule and Hours Onsite role – not remote or hybrid. Hiring for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN hours with flexible shifts. PRN positions are as needed. Location Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana. Physical Requirements Carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking. Qualifications Bachelor, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. Team player able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation Hourly rate: $42.66 - $65.82, depending on experience.
