Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000Key ResponsibilitiesManage CRM pipeline and lead tracking systemsConduct outreach and relationship development activitiesSupport referral and partnership engagementTrack conversion and performance metricsAssist in proposal and pitch developmentMaintain business development reporting dashboardsAI & Automation RequirementMust use AI tools for lead generation and prospectingResponsible for automating CRM updates and pipeline trackingExpected to leverage AI for outreach personalization and market researchMust continuously improve efficiency of business development workflows through automation
