This individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient's status.The LPN is to participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.He/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice ActJob Requirements:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Licensed Practical NursingBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
