Facilities Operations Supervisor ABM is looking for a Facilities Operations Supervisor, who is responsible for the direct oversight of crew members in Georgetown, KY. The ideal candidate is a proven team leader that understands the importance of building trust within their team, ensure that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and is an effective communicator. Second Shift: Monday - Friday, 1pm to 9:30pm with weekend availability once per month. PAY $20.00 Per Hour The pay listed is the salary range for this position. For information about ABM's benefits visit: 2026 Recruiting Flyer - Staff & Mgmt Responsibilities -Manage and provide leadership to leads, techs, and staff assigned to the buildings. -Assist with the training of the team -Oversee operations in assigned building. -Manage security of keys and access cards for the property. -Report work orders for maintenance. -Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. -Complete order forms completely and accurately. -Coordinate equipment usage and inventories. -Manage daily employee lunches and breaks. -Maintain daily shift report for managers. -Perform basic administrative, payroll and attendance functions (as required). -Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels. -Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks. -Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance. -Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered. -Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests. -Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy. -Performs other duties as assigned or requested. -Ensure that services are performed as contracted and directed by account Project Manager. -Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns. -Enforce the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings. -Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings. -Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled. -Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state and local government regulations. -Ensure that all paperwork, including terminations is submitted to the Project Manager in a timely manner. -Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. -Responsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees. -Perform other duties as assigned - Job duties may be modified at any time. Qualifications -Good communication skills both written and verbal, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. -Two (2) years of custodial or facilities supervisor experience or is preferred. -Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures. -Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
