Responsibilities: Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands Encourage skill-building, independence, and community integration Administer medications and follow health and safety protocols as required Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and complete required DSP training Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays About Us: BAIG, LLC is a trusted provider of support services for individuals with disabilities in the Omaha, NE area, committed to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for every person we serve.
