Responsibilities: Oversee daily program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality recovery and behavioral health services Supervise, mentor, and support direct care staff to promote professional development and program excellence Monitor client progress and ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented effectively Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies, and documentation requirements Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain seamless program continuity Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns, crises, and incident reporting Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field 2+ years of supervisory experience in a recovery, substance use, or behavioral health setting Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, harm reduction, and recovery support services Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Familiarity with OASAS, OMH, or other relevant regulatory frameworks preferred Proficiency in case management documentation and electronic health records (EHR) CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent licensure is a plus About Us: South Richmond Hill Recovery is a trusted provider of addiction and recovery services serving the Ozone Park, NY community and surrounding areas.
