Overview Alternate Ending Beer Co is a brewpub that serves sourdough pan pizza and other high quality pub food made with seasonal ingredients. The successful candidate will have a hands-on work ethic, energy, passion, creativity, and the desire to learn, grow and contribute. This position can be both part-time or full-time. Partially paid medical for full-time employees Qualifications Great attitude, team mentality Love of food and hospitality 1+ years in the BOH preferred Weekend and holiday availability Ability to read and follow a recipe Lifting 50+ lbs, standing, navigating stairs, working in a kitchen with gluten and other allergens Reading and adhering to cleaning and safety protocols Being a team player, helping other departments with prep work, cleaning, etc... Attending meetings, trainings, and focusing on continuing education Work with team to create specials and specialty items Work holidays, weekends and maintain a flexible schedule Reporting This position reports to the Head Chef Interviews to start immediately.
