Travel Nurse - Medical Surgical / Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel role in Canton, Ohio. Requirements include: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a relevant setting. Key responsibilities: Provide patient care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly. Ensure safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and care plan updates. Adhere to infection prevention standards and safe medication practices. Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns appropriately. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Qualifications and Skills: Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
