looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help execute and streamline our marketing activities.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing execution and coordination role. We're looking for someone who can help establish a consistent, professional visual identity across our marketing channels while ensuring campaigns and communications are planned, coordinated, and executed effectively. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and turning ideas into polished marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Plan, create, and coordinate weekly email marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Apollo.
• Maintain and organize contact databases, including email data entry and list management.
• Develop reusable email templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate campaign calendars, scheduling, and distribution.

Social Media & Content

• Create and schedule social media content, primarily for LinkedIn.
• Coordinate website updates, blog posts, and product announcements.
• Develop cohesive messaging and visual assets across channels.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

Branding & Graphic Design

• Establish and maintain a consistent visual identity across company communications.
• Develop a catalog of reusable marketing templates.
• Create graphics for email campaigns, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Improve the overall quality and consistency of our external communications.

Sales & Internal Marketing Support

• Work closely with the sales team to develop supporting marketing materials.
• Create and maintain standardized company document templates, presentations, and email signatures.
• Assist with promotional materials for new products, services, and campaigns.
• Support the preparation of customer-facing marketing collateral.

Events & Conferences

• Assist with planning and coordinating conference participation.
• Source and coordinate branded merchandise, giveaways, and promotional materials.
• Help prepare event-related marketing materials and communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other business-oriented channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing activities independently.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for a senior marketing strategist or someone to build an entire marketing department from scratch. We're looking for a reliable, creative individual who enjoys execution, takes initiative, and can bring structure and consistency to our marketing efforts. Someone who notices when a presentation looks inconsistent, an email campaign could be improved, or a marketing initiative needs better coordination — and takes ownership of fixing it.

This is a marketing coordination and execution role, not a sales or lead-generation position.

Success will be measured by the quality, consistency, organization, and timely execution of our marketing activities — not by the number of leads generated or revenue attributed to campaigns.
