Case Manager / Bilingual Spanish

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury law. This role involves coordinating medical treatment, gathering records, maintaining regular client communication, and working closely with attorneys to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and effectively. A successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely progression and adherence to deadlines. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and offer support throughout the process. Request, track, and organize medical records, billing statements, police reports, and other relevant documentation. Maintain well‑organized and up‑to‑date case files in accordance with firm protocols and legal standards. Coordinate client medical treatment and monitor progress to support case value and resolution. Assist attorneys with support tasks, including preparation of materials when applicable. Ensure accurate documentation and workflow compliance with applicable legal procedures and firm policies. Collaborate with attorneys to support case evaluation, settlement demands, and negotiation strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in a related field; paralegal certification is a plus. Knowledge of personal injury law. Experience gathering and organizing medical records, insurance claims, police reports, and supporting documentation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work. Previous experience in a law office or similar environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with legal case management software is advantageous. Fluency in Spanish.
