About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Product to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its proprietary platform and digital products. This executive role is pivotal in the company's multi-market expansion, with a focus on transforming the platform into a competitive advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision, roadmap, and execution, as well as managing external engineering partners and driving the company's AI strategy. Key responsibilities include product strategy and roadmap, product management, engineering oversight, architecture, and technical authority. The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in product ownership, software delivery, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes at least 10 years in product management, software engineering, or technology leadership, with a strong emphasis on business-critical software platforms. They should be adept at translating business strategy into technology, managing vendor relationships, and have a solid understanding of software architecture and modern application development. Experience in scaling technology-enabled services businesses, exposure to AI-enabled products, and a background in regulated sectors such as legal technology, professional services, healthcare, or financial services is preferred. The role is not for a purely strategic or advisory candidate; the VP will be expected to be directly involved in product delivery and to manage the process and people rather than the code.
