About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the development of an AI-powered operating system that is at the forefront of innovation in B2B marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product direction of this central system, which encompasses the data layer, the skills and agents that perform the work, and the solutions that support the company's broader services. This role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on writing and managing product requirements, prototyping, and ensuring the product is delivered with speed and purpose. The VP of Product Management will also be tasked with establishing governance for the operating system, including data handling, security, and user experience, and will be expected to collaborate across various teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of the business and its clients. Applicants for the VP of Product Management position at the company should have a background in traditional product management, with a proven track record of leading AI initiatives and a deep understanding of how AI is transforming B2B marketing. The role requires a leader who is adept at integrating modern product stacks and is experienced in building complex products for service-driven companies. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years' experience in product management, data, analytics, digital transformation, or marketing technology leadership, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Fluency in AI tools and platforms, as well as experience with enterprise AI ecosystems and marketing technology, is essential.
