You will be a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community helping us further our mission. You will be serving in a high-volume practice where all exams are done efficiently and effectively, allowing you to serve more, safely. This position is designed for veteran and new doctors alike, as we create an environment where learning is constant and you have the support necessary to focus on what is important, serving every person who walks in with the desire to be on a path to wellness.The Opportunity:Fulltime Salaried RolePart Time to Full Time between multiple clinics available, please see website for opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.Maintain accurate case histories of patients.Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.Patient chiropractic care and educationBuilding positive doctor-patient relationshipsMaintaining accurate and timely patient recordsSales of membership packagesProvide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic maintenance visitsProvide high quality care and advice to each and every patientEnter chiropractic visits notes into electronic notes softwareProvide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic maintenance visits.Ability to provide high volume of chiropractic adjustments dailyPrimarily utilizing diversified adjustments and drop tablesAbility to educate patients on benefits of regular Chiropractic maintenanceAbility to manage clinic staff (as necessary)Full-Time WA Employees Other Benefits & CompensationHealth Insurance: Eligible for group insurance plans on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.Paid Vacation: Accrued based on years of service. For example, hourly managers with less than five years of service accrue up to 80 hours (10 days) annually.Retirement: Employees are eligible to participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan.Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrue one hour of PSSL for every 40 hours worked, with unlimited annual accrual and use.Paid Family and Medical Leave: Participation in the Washington state insurance program providing up to 12–18 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives and commissions related to the sale of membership packages.Adjust Lives.
