Logistics Coordinator – Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Position Responsibilities Review, audit, and approve domestic parcel, less‑than‑truckload (LTL), truckload, and import invoices. Compare transportation carrier invoices against Uline order information, carrier contracts, and shipment documents; record any discrepancies. Build relationships with carriers to streamline services and resolve issues. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely payment to transportation carriers. Run analysis for special projects as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Invoice audit and payment experience; LTL pricing knowledge preferred.
