Senior Sales Representative - SVI (Superficial Venous Interventions) -

Medtronic seeks a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth and market share for superficial venous intervention products across a multi-state territory. The role involves promoting VenaSeal and Closure System solutions to physicians and healthcare facilities, managing accounts, and supporting therapy adoption for venous disease treatment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet quarterly and annual budget targets across assigned territory
- Prospect and build relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and other physicians treating venous disease
- Educate medical staff and customers on product features, clinical advantages, and effective product usage
- Identify new account opportunities and implement strategies to drive therapy adoption and market penetration
- Monitor competitive landscape and communicate market intelligence to sales management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- Associate's degree with 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- Comprehensive technical and clinical knowledge of venous intervention products
- Understanding of reimbursement landscape and healthcare contracting
- Strong ethical compliance and FDA regulatory adherence
