OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Alabaster, AL by HMD Trucking
$25 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Position Highlights:
- Secure and transport flatbed freight
- Maintain compliance with all regulations
- Self-manage OTR schedules
Utilize our modern fleet with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, removable seats, and dedicated in-house maintenance.
Must-Haves:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12+ months OTR flatbed driving
