For more information, please visit Position Overview This position is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts that include functions such as warehousing, shop and delivery services to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules Key Responsibilities * Works closely with master planning for complete understanding of order volumes, production requirements and product forecasts * Create daily production schedules * Ensure raw material requirements align with schedules * Lead daily production meetings involving operations and warehousing to ensure effective production efforts What is Expected of You and Others at This Level * Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job related training or considerable experience * Completes work with appropriate tact and discretion, and a limited degree of supervision * Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience * Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data * Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions SELF LEADER COMPETENCIES Competencies Expected of You and Others at This Level * Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. * Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives * Values Differences - Recognizes the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. * Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. * Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty. Integrity and authenticity * Ensures Accountability - Holding self and others accountable for meeting commitments * Being Resilient - Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations Minimum Qualifications & Skills * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred * 3-5 years' relevant experience required Physical Requirements and Working Environment * Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time * Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds * Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet * Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures * Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
