Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review, sort incoming bills to be processed. Seek approvals from business by threshold. Data entry of bills. Communication and follow-up with internal departments regarding invoices and billing. Audit credit card bills and expense report spending. Reconcile vendor statements and transactions. Contact vendors for missing invoices and statements. Process and maintain 1099 statements and distribute checks. Respond to vendor inquiries. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of accounts payable experience. Additional Requirements: Familiarity with financial software. Proven experience with data reporting, analysis, and operations research. Strong math and data entry skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications: College coursework. Accounting experience. Travel Requirements: No travel required (stationary work location). Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements: Overtime hours may be required based on business needs. Other hour considerations: Example: Weekend and/or evening hours may be required.
